The second part of this area is called Amusement Park Town and it has been transformed into a bustling hub for entertainment with stores, restaurants, and attractions.

Take the JR Line to Naruto Station
If you are coming from Osaka, the best way to get to Naruto theme park is by taking the JR line to Naruto station. There are three train lines that connect Osaka and Tokyo: the Chuo Line, Kansai Line, and Jidogaru Line.
The JR lines run overnight and have frequent services throughout the daytime. The Nippon railway Company operates both local and long-distance trains on these lines. All three of these rail lines pass through Osaka, making it an easy transport hub for entering Naruto.
If you are traveling on a Sunday or holiday, take advantage of the Sakura Matsuri train which passes through Osaka around late Saturday or early Sunday.
Walk to the theme park
If you are having trouble getting to the theme park on your own, you can try walking. Many people opt to walk an hour or so to get to the theme park and enjoy their experience.
There is a subway station right next to the theme park called National Diet Building Tokyo Hotel. It is a short ride into the Theme Park and there is a map at the entrance explaining where everything is.
Many people use a taxi but it cost more money than walking so try using the subway or walking together if you are with someone so you can help keep track of your surroundings.
Enjoy!
If you are waiting for the last flight out of Osaka, you may want to try getting a early morning or late night Japan Rail Pass. The passes can be purchased up to one week before you want to use them, and they are good for both day and overnight travel!
The passes can be used on any train & bus in Japan as well as the Shinkansen bullet train system. They cost around USD 800 for the entire year, with a full year being longer than a month.
The early morning or late night passes are also valid for public transport in Osaka, so if you are staying at an Airbnb or ancapsen, you may want to buy these!
If you have no plans to visit the theme park next week, try buying the passes soon before they run out because they sell very fast.
