The latest innovation in mobile communications technology is the presence of the cellular network called 6G. The cellular network has the capacity to connect anywhere in the world with an effective data transfer rate of 5 Gigabits per second. The speed of the wireless network is similar to that of the broadband internet access and it provides a very fast connectivity to the world. The cellular network can also be used as a Mobile Internet Connection or GPRS, which enables easy connection to the mobile devices such as smart phones, laptops, tablet computers, laptops, handheld computers and radio transmitters.
The six-a network also known as the gigabit Ethernet network was first introduced by Cisco in 2021 with the intention of replacing the then existing networking technologies such as the twisted fiber optic network and the Wide Area Network with a more powerful system offering a higher data rate and increased capacity. This network has since been heralded as the solution for increasing the speed of data transfer and has been implemented in several countries across the world such as UK, US, France, Germany, China, and Indonesia. Today, the mobile industry is witnessing the integration of the high-speed wireless technology with the cell phones. However, it is still not introduced in a large scale in the countries such as the US due to some technical difficulties.
Today, the mobile service providers are trying their level best to make this wireless technology work in their favour. They are trying to exploit the advantages provided by the 6G wireless technology by designing the cell phones which have web cams built in them. Thus, even if the network is down, the user will be able to access the net using his mobile phone. One can also use the web cams to take a snapshot of his favorite landscapes and travel at his own pace. Thus, the mobile services providers are trying to gain maximum possible share of the market by integrating this wireless network with the cell phones.
6G wireless network promises to provide a fast Internet connection at very less cost compared to the current wired Internet services. It is expected that within the next five to seven years, this network will completely occupy the entire wire line network. Thus, the users will be able to enjoy a fast Internet connectivity at the most affordable prices. Moreover, users will be able to take their laptops, notebook computers along with their mobile phones on the network and use them to access the Internet without any difficulty. Therefore, the users will not face any problem in downloading and uploading the files over the network.
However, there are several disadvantages that are being faced by the users before they opt for the 6G wireless network. For instance, the users are not able to use their cell phones in the airport or in the railway stations. Also, the distance of these wireless networks is far greater than the wired broadband connections. Further, the reception of the network is weak in certain places such as hospitals and airports. Further, there will be no mobile phone shops operating in these areas during the initial period.
The users can access Internet services in different places but they cannot expect quality Internet services when accessing these sites. This is because there are a few websites which are not reliable and offer false advertisements about Internet services. The other problem faced by the users is the slower speed of Internet connection. Though, the 6G wireless network has been introduced in some cities in the United Kingdom, it is yet not introduced in all the cities. In addition, the wireless network is not supported by every mobile phone model.
